Upper Arlington Schools
Since the fall of 2015, the Upper Arlington community has come together to craft a long-term, financially sensible master plan for the district’s aging schools and inform the design process for the six projects in the first phase of the master plan. The new and renovated schools have been designed to provide additional space for the
district’s growing enrollment.
AK Steel
AK Steel produces high-strength steel for a variety of markets. Covering 2,791 acres, their Middletown Steel Works facility in southwest Ohio is a large-scale productive integrated steel operation.
The work that is done there includes carbon steel melting, casting, hot and cold rolling, and finishing operations.
Collier County Government
The Collier County Government Administration Center in Naples, Fla. is the central location for providing services to the roughly 385,000
residents of Collier County. The County Courthouse, Tax Collectors Office, County Manager, County Clerk, Sheriff’s Office, Corrections (jail), Procurement, and the County Commissioner's offices are all located on this campus.
Detroit Yacht Club
The Detroit Yacht Club's (DYC) clubhouse, located on an island along the banks of the Belle Isle Park in Detroit, was built in 1922. The club’s members and foundation continue to maintain and preserve the historic legacy of the building so it may continue to delight guests for years to come. The DYC is one of the oldest and most prestigious private Clubs in North America serving as a destination for boaters and socialites alike.
University of Mount Union
The University of Mount Union is a private liberal arts college in Alliance, Ohio. It was founded in 1846 and the campus currently has 52 buildings to accommodate their 2,253 students. As for facilities, each building across campus houses their own central plant with a wide variety of building automation systems managing those plants
Sidney City Schools
The Sidney City School district, home of the Yellow Jackets, serves
approximately 3,500 students in the communities of Sidney, Port
Jefferson, and Maplewood, OH. The District’s facilities at the high school, middle school, and administrative offices were failing – they needed to replace and improve the existing, end-of-life fluorescent lighting systems with new, efficient LED fixtures.
Naples Community Hospital
Naples Community Hospital (NCH) Healthcare System is a non-profit
healthcare provider serving Collier County and Naples, Florida. NCH Baker Hospital Downtown and NCH North Naples Hospital provide personalized care for over 40,500 patients a year in their two-hospital,
716 bed system. Together, the buildings encompass over 840,000 sq. ft.
Columbus Country Club
Columbus Country Club (CCC), located just east of downtown Columbus offers members golf, tennis, pickleball, athletic and leisure pools, and a newly renovated clubhouse. The champion golf course is one of the best in Central Ohio, once hosting the PGA Championship tournament and recently awarded the elite Distinguished Club award by The BoardRoom magazine in 2020.
Robert Hill Community Center
The Robert “Sonny” Hill Community Center (RSHCC) provides the City of Middletown with a safe and fun environment to engage in recreational and athletic activities and stay connected with the community at large. Built in 1925, it is a fixture in the community and one of the oldest andmost recognizable facilities in the area.
Brookside Golf & Country Club
Founded in 1927, the Brookside Golf and Country Club (Brookside GCC) strives to provide their members and their guests with a premier experience. Their facilities offer tennis, dining, social programs and exceptional golf. In 2020, they were awarded the elite Distinguished Club award by The BoardRoom magazine in 2020.
Scioto Corporate Center
The Scioto Corporate Center houses over 57,000 square feet and was built in 1986. This building is multi-tenant, owner occupied.

The client had over 850 inefficient, mostly linear fluorescent lighting fixtures. The boiler plant was inoperable due to a failed pilot valve, and it also had an innate lack of redundancy due to poor design. The controls systems were disparate and didn’t intercommunicate.
The Hayden
The historic downtown building The Hayden is the oldest building in Capitol Square. The two-building complex houses over 100,000 square feet and features unique architectural features. Michael Tomko, President of The Tomko Company, bought the building to preserve and revitalize a piece of Columbus history.
London City Schools
Located in central Ohio, the London City School District includes the City of London and the Townships of Deer Creek, Somerford, and portions of Union Township. All buildings for the London City School District are housed on one campus, serving a student population of over 2100 students within three schools.
New Albany-Plain Local
The district had several boiler plants that were coming to the end of their useful lives. All of the schools were built at the same time, so the boilers were going to wear out at the same time. They did not have the maintenance capital budget to replace them all at once, and were going to implement a planned obsolescence program to spread out the cost and replace the boiler plants at different times.
Howland Schools
Howland Local School District was formed in 1917 from the consolidation of five one-room schoolhouses. The district had seen sustained growth since the 1950s which culminated in their current system of two primary schools, two intermediate schools, one middle school and one high school.
